Jospeh Campbell observes that every good story has common characteristics that make it compelling. He calls those common characteristics the Hero’s Journey. For the hero to become the hero they must first step away from home or the comfortable. For the character to become more than just a flat, unmoving person they have to be willing to experience growth. And so with us we are faced with the moments often in life. Do we stay in the relationship? Do we stay in the system? Do we continue working there? Join me in this series over the Hero’s Journey as we learn the steps it takes to walk in the new reality today.
