There’s a new virtue signal trend on social media that is highly reminiscent of the religious guilt and shame many of us left when we began the difficult work of deconstruction. Today I’ll take time to discuss the “I am the problem” virtue signal and show the highly dangerous effects of these kinds of messages and their connection to toxic guilt and shame messages often found in Christianity today.
